We hold free grief support sessions periodically throughout the year which are conducted by experienced local grief counsellors, Pat Kelly and Laurissa Knowles.
These sessions are welcoming, and it can be incredibly valuable to gather with a small group of others who may be experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.

For children experiencing grief
If you have a child grieving the death of a parent or sibling, Lionheart Camp for Kids has a tailored program suitable for regional children and holds day camps to support children and therapists families.
We also have a resource you can collect from our offices or have posted to you, which may assist children in recording their special memories and to help guide you through discussions about death with children.
