Formerly from Adelaide. Passed away at Ellenvale Nursing Home, Busselton with niece Roz by her side. Youngest daughter of Walter and Mabel (both dec) . Loving and admired sister of
Nancy (dec) David (dec) and Pauline. A dear Aunt to their families, who always showed keen interest and support. Thekla celebrated 60 years of service to the Adelaide Botanical gardens. Gardening, seed collection and displays were her passion and she was very much a consummate professional when undertaking these duties. Thekla was our family historian and thanks to her dedication and quest for knowledge, our family history has been printed and recorded. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
