Passed away peacefully on 31.3.25 aged 55 after a sudden and quick illness. Devoted husband to Tracy, loving son to Reg and Lynette (dec), caring brother and brother in law to Yvette, Damon, Jay, Byron, Karen, Craig and Sharon. A wonderful nephew, a fabulous uncle and a treasured friend to so many. Graeme spent his life helping others and has left an indelible imprint on all our lives. Not a day goes by when you are not loved and missed. Held in our hearts forever.
